To request a review, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• The product(s) in question

• Photos (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Decisions on return approvals are final once reviewed by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products — such as special orders, bulk or custom items, perishable goods, and hygiene-sensitive products — cannot be returned.
